Business Support Manager

£35,000-£45,000 depending on expeirence
About the role:
Our client is looking for an Operations Support Manager to join their growing team. The Operations Support Manager be fundamentally responsible for ensuring the successful planning, co-ordination end-to-end delivery of all business as usual projects in addition to defining accompanying ’best practices’ processes which will improve business efficiencies and system integrations.
Day to Day responsibilities
You will be managing a team of regionally based Business Support Officers, and have a number of Director-level stakeholders to manage.
You will need excellent stakeholder and project management skills and be able to set the standard of when supporting the operational teams through change. You will be required to manage numerous stakeholder’s up to director level and liaise with multi departments within City and County Healthcare to help drive business objectives, indicatives and growth across a range of projects.
You will deliver strong strategic plans for project delivery, on-boarding of acquisitions and process refinement in detailed and timely ways within the required timescales and budget
You will hold conversations with Local Authorities around any new system process changes that impact our organisation.
You will liaise with system providers to review support levels and any on-going issues / concerns.
Responsible for overseeing daily operations of project planning & delivery and supporting business growth.
Managing the performance & improvement of employees and development plans where necessary.Skillset Required to be successful in this role:
Strong project management and planning skills to deliver strategic plans to ensure success of project delivery.
Dynamic, confident and natural communicator with an inspiring quality
Poses excellent stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices
Experience in working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Very strong organisational and time management skills, able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines while working in a high-pressure
Understanding of Agile Project Management techniques is desirableA Full UK Driving license is essential, this role will involve nationwide travel.
