CUSTOMER SERVICE – ADMINISTRATION – OFFICE HOURS MON-FRI £11.00ph
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our administration team working for a global company based in the Wigan area.
The successful candidate must have proven customer service skills, experience of dealing with customers on a daily basis, ability to work well under pressure and to use initiative. Thinking and acting fast when required.
Main duties include customer liaison over the phone, some delegation to office juniors, solving customer queries, general administration, regularly using a computer with MS office and internal systems.
Working times are usually Monday-Friday 9am-5pm however some flexibility may be required eg 8am-5pm or 10am-6pm shift times on occasion
