You will be responsible for supporting the Bid Executive and providing dedicated pitch business support across the sectors our client specialises in. The role will support the firm’s growth strategy by helping to win new work through the production of high-quality pitch and presentation documents, and support and advice throughout the competitive tender process.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Daily checks for new business opportunities via online procurement portals.
• Assisting the Bid Exec with administering the PQQ/Tender process from identification of opportunity to final submission.
• Assisting the Bid Exec with all aspects of PQQs, tenders and presentations for new work (excluding technical requirements) which will be completed by the relevant department
• Assist in preparation of tenders to ensure comprehensive investigative research into organisations.
• Keeping tender tracker and pipeline database up to date. • Keeping content library of procurement policies and procedures up to date
• Sector related client database to be kept updated
• Formatting documents to meet the clients house style and setting up proforma documents.
• Obtaining feedback from submissions.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload around conflicting deadlines.
• Ability to work as a team player and build effective relationships with all internal departments
• Computer literate and proficient in use of MS Office 365, in particular Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and strong general IT skills.
• Ability to work pro-actively under pressure, with accuracy and focus
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as be self-starter / self-motivated
